As a student with Elizabeth, 

you will come to understand musical expression as a type of "language" and become equipped with the tools and resources needed to understand and express yourself fluently.

All skill levels and all ages are welcome. 

Lessons are carried out in ways that uniquely emphasize simplicity and logic. Offered within this approach is a wholly encompassing system of guitar  pedagogy–combining ear training, a deep understanding of harmonic and rhythmic structure, knowledge of the instrument, simple presentations, and informed adaptations to individual student's presented needs and interests. The current curriculum frames core musical concepts across areas of mathematics, cognitive science, philosophy, and more.

Elizabeth has taught thousands of lessons and worked with hundreds of beloved students. She considers guiding the development and cultivation of effortless musical expression in others to be a great privilege, applying her curriculum to every student with a distinctive and personal approach.

In addition to online and in-person lessons, Elizabeth is available for music clinics, panel discussions, and workshops.
